What are your store hours?

Between September and May, TuckStuff is typically open Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. We often hold extended hours for conferences and special events. During the summer, our hours are more limited, but we plan to open from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. each week day.

Where is your store located?

TuckStuff is on the ground level of Byrne Hall, located adjucent to the PepsiCo Dining Hall.View a map of the Tuck campus.

Why should I purchase from TuckStuff rather than other vendors?

When you order from TuckStuff, you receive officially licensed merchandise. In addition, your purchase supports the entire Tuck community, as a large portion of the proceeds benefit student organizations at Tuck.

I saw a product in your store, but it's not on the website. Why not?

When product inventory falls below a certain level, we remove those items from our website. This prevents us from promising out-of-stock items that we are unable to deliver. Certain special purchases and one-of-a-kind items are also limited to our store. Ultimately, we want to provide you with the best possible service through our website, and that means delivering your purchases as promised.

When will I receive my order?

We work hard to ship your products within 3-5 business days of your online order between September and May. Because of limited staffing during the summer, your product shipment may take longer (within about 5 to 10 business days of your online order). We will do our best to inform you of potential delays. You can track the progress of your shipment by logging into your account.

If you select UPS Ground shipping, your order should arrive within 3 to 7 days from the day on which it was shipped from our store, depending on how far the final destination is from Hanover. If you select UPS 3-Day Select, you should receive your order by the third full business day from the day on which it was shipped from Hanover to any destination in the continental US.

May I ship to international locations?

We usually do not ship internationally. However, if you would like us to ship your order outside the United States, please email us at sales@tuckstuff.com and we will work with you to see that your order is shipped.

What if I have special handling instructions?

Feel free to utilize the "Comments" box upon checkout to make any special shipping requests or ask any questions. You may also e-mail us at sales@tuckstuff.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

I want something sent to an on-campus address. Will you charge me shipping?

No. We deliver products to on-campus addresses without charging you for shipping. During checkout, you have the option of selecting Tuck Campus Shipping and we will not charge you for delivery to your office or Byrne Hall address.

What is TuckStuff's return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page. Please note that TuckStuff requires you to pay any additional shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging a product ordered online.
