Merchant Policy
Shipping
In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. TuckStuff will be closed for the holidays between December 13th and January 3rd. During the summer, product shipment may take longer (within 5 to 10 business days of your online order). We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for US shipments. We do not typically ship internationally, but if you have are interested, please contact us at sales@tuckstuff.com and we can try to accomodate your needs. Because we employ an express carrier within the United States, we cannot ship to post office boxes. If you provide us with a post office box upon check-out, this will delay the delivery of your order until we are able to obtain your physical address. We will update your account with the tracking information UPS provides upon product shipment. You can track the progress of your package by accessing your TuckStuff account.
Customer Guarantee
TuckStuff customers have the right to securely purchase goods online, receive them in a timely manner, and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have any complaints, please address them to sales@tuckstuff.com.
Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Cards for both online and in-store purchases. Because we value the security of your financial transactions, we can only accept orders in-store, by telephone, or using our online system. Email messages are NOT secure and expose your financial information to parties outside our control.
