General Requirements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. All returns must be accompanied by your email receipt. This allows us to credit you for the amount you paid with your original purchase. We appreciate when you include reason for the return, as it helps us serve customers better in the future. If you choose a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card, less any shipping costs originally incurred, and should appear on your billing statement in a timely manner. If you wish to exchange your item, please include a brief note in the package describing how you want us to handle the exchange (which product, size, color, etc., you require).

Unused Items

You may return unused and unwashed items for refund or replacement at any time. Please understand that certain items are one-time offerings and we might be unable to replace the exact item you purchased. If this is the case, we will work with you to select a suitable alternative or refund your purchase price.
