How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your TuckStuff product! We are pleased to offer hassle free returns or exchanges of any unworn/unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase.
For shipping returns, please reach out to info info@tuckstuff.com to initiate the return process and received a shipping label.
Does TuckStuff ship internationally?
We recently had to pause international shipping. Work is underway to bring it back to our beloved alumni community worldwide. Please stay tuned!
How can I place a custom order with TuckStuff?

I placed an order for pick-up, but now want to have it shipped. What can I do?
Please reach out to info@tuckstuff.com with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to help switch your preferred shipping or pick-up method.
The product I want is out of stock in my size. When can I expect it to be available again?
We try to place reorders as quickly as possible, but sometimes shipping from our vendors takes longer than we would like. Feel free to send a note to info@tuckstuff.com and we can either give you a best estimate of when an item will be back in stock or let you know if we won’t be reordering that item in the future.
